Accessing your accounts

To ensure you can access your account information and make payments at any time, the following options continue to be available to you:
•    Member Direct Online Banking
•    EasternEdge Credit Union Mobile Banking App
•    Telephone banking
•    ATM Network

Impact on credit card program

New cards, replacement cards, statements and letters sent by mail may experience delays.  Please note:
Cardholders are expected to continue to make payments by the due date during any postal disruption. 

Payments can be made online or in person at 31 Corey King Drive.

Balances, payment amounts (including minimum payment amounts), due dates are available by phoning 1-855-341-4643 or through MyCardInfo.

To enroll for MyCardInfo, visit mycardinfo.com and select EasternEdge Credit Union.  From there, follow the instructions to register.  At that time, you can also choose electronic statements.
